If any of these feel familiar, you're in the right place. This isn't a wellness brand. It's clinical work done with care, for real people dealing with real things.
Elaina works virtually across Minnesota with teens and adults — ages 12 and up.
Grounded. Direct. Evidence-informed.
Elaina's approach is trauma-informed at its foundation. Work starts with understanding how your nervous system responds to stress, threat, and overwhelm before asking you to push through anything.
Modalities she draws on: DBT skills for emotional regulation, ERP-informed treatment for OCD, window-of-tolerance work, and TF-CBT experience. EMDR training is part of her background. She is not currently offering EMDR processing, but stabilization and grounding work are available.
No pressure to reframe before you're ready. Just clear, skilled, collaborative work... meeting you where you are at.
